Kelly Fry

Kelly Fry is a realtor and a Chartered Accountant. She is originally from Montreal where she completed her Bachelor of Commerce and Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy at McGill University. Her love for numbers has made her a natural at analyzing real estate deals. She considers herself to be an investor first and a realtor who happens to sell real estate. She works with her clients to build their wealth as well as her own in real estate by innovating for cash flow, income and appreciation with a range of different strategies.

In 2011 she got her real estate license and started working as an investment realtor with Keller Williams Elite Realty. She was awarded Rookie of The Year and has never looked back. She has been in the top 10% of Greater Vancouver’s realtors since 2014. Last year she and her team sold 203 properties and they were recently awarded the 2021 top listing group and top selling group out of 390 realtors in 4 offices.

During the last few years Kelly has been actively investing and has grown her portfolio to almost 150 doors with the acquisition of 5 apartment buildings in Chilliwack, Maple Ridge, Mission, Abbotsford and Cloverdale.

In an effort to keep finding cash flow for herself and her clients in a rapidly appreciating market, she began testing Airbnb as a host in December of 2018 starting with her basement suite in Maple Ridge. It was so successful that she has grown it into 17 airbnbs now that are located in Coquitlam, Surrey, Langley, Maple Ridge, Mission, Abbotsford, Aldergrove and Chilliwack. Even through Covid, she maintained a 90% occupancy although the guests varied before, during and after Covid. She is excited to share some of the tricks of the trade that she has learned along the way to help other investors stay ahead of inflation with this strategy
